Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information we process through the Sites and Services. It does not apply to information you provide to third parties, to services that link to or integrate with the Services but are operated by others, or to any data we process solely as a processor on behalf of a customer under a separate written agreement. Where we act as a processor or service provider on a customer's behalf, that customer's privacy policy and our agreement with that customer govern, and you should direct privacy requests to that customer.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide. Account registration details, name, business email, company, role, support inquiries, and any content or configuration you submit to the Services.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card number or other complete card details; those are handled directly by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. We may receive and store limited transaction information from Stripe, such as your name, billing contact, the last four digits and brand of your card, billing country, subscription status, and amounts and dates of transactions.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Identifiers and preferences collected through cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary to operate the Sites, as described in “Cookies and tracking” below.
• Information from third parties. Data from our payment processor and any integrations or authentication providers you choose to connect.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, and we ask that you not submit it through the Services except where strictly necessary and lawful.

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
• Create and administer accounts and process transactions and billing;
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer and technical support;

We use only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Sites and remember your preferences. We do not use cookies or third-party tools to track your activity for advertising or behavioral analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and applicable requirements. When no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or anonymize information using commercially reasonable measures.

If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you consent to such transfer and processing.
